PHYSICAL THERAPY

Wellness exam: Full body assessment designed to identify weak areas and potential deficits that could lead to future injury. We will evaluate strength, mobility and flexibility and keep you doing what you love to do, injury free

PT sessions: One on one Physical Therapy provided by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. All interventions will be evidence based and whether you are here for wellness, post-op, athletic performance or balance work, we will reach your goals together.

Senior Independence wellness package: As we age, our muscle mass tends to trend downwards, our balance can decrease and our bone mineral density decreases putting us at risk for falls and serious injury. This is a package of sessions where you will work one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical therapy in order to increase functional independence and decrease fall risk and risk of injury.

GROUP FITNESS

HIIT training with all of your friends. Each class will have 3 levels so we can ensure everybody gets the stimulus they need to become their best. So beginner or expert, we have something for you!

YOUTH PROGRAM

Group setting for youth athletes to develop and master the skills to elevate their game to the next level. This functional performance based training will ensure they will be ready for the challenges of higher level athletics.

PERSONAL TRAINING

One-on-one training for those who want a more personalized approach to fitness. Programs will be specifically tailored to your fitness and health goals.

RECOVERY SESSIONS

If you are extra sore, have a big game coming up or need a little TLC, this session will be focused on soft tissue work, flexibility and mobility and all things recovery to get you to the top of your game.
